Rosemary is an evergreen shrub with an intense, aromatic scent, often used to enhance the flavor of stuffing, pork, lamb, chicken or turkey. For centuries valued by ancient Greeks, Romans, Egyptians and Middle Eastern cultures, rosemary was considered a sacred plant. Its stimulating, herbal scent makes it a popular ingredient in aromatherapy and therapeutic massage.
How to use:
• Combine with Epsom salts and frankincense oil for a rejuvenating bath.
• Mix with Wintergreen oil and doTERRA balm for a soothing massage.
• Apply to scalp and massage in for a fuller looking hair.
• Spray while studying to stay focused.
Directions for use:
• Local application: Apply one to two drops to desired area. Dilute with doTERRA Fractionated Coconut Oil to reduce the risk of skin sensitivity.
• Aromatic use: Use three to four drops in a diffuser.
Contraindications:
Possible skin sensitivity. Keep out of reach of children. If pregnant, nursing or under medical care, consult a physician. Avoid contact with eyes, inner ears and sensitive areas. Avoid sunlight or UV rays for 12 hours after applying the product.
