Application

• Diffuser: Add a few drops to a diffuser to purify the air and improve breathing comfort.

• Local use: Massage a few drops diluted in carrier oil onto chest, back or feet.

• Massage: Mix 5 drops with 10 ml of carrier oil and apply to tense muscles or during aromatherapy.

• Bath: Mix 5 drops with 5ml carrier oil and add to warm water.

• Yoga/Meditation: Apply to pulse points or inhale from palms to deepen breathing and support concentration.

Contains naturally occurring compounds: eugenol, geraniol, limonene, linalool.

How to use

• Massage : 5 drops + 10 ml of carrier oil.

• Bath : 5 drops + 5 ml of carrier oil.

• Aromatherapy/Perfuming : 1 drop + 10 drops of carrier oil.

For topical or aromatic use only. Do not consume.

Precautions

• May cause skin irritation – always use diluted.

• Avoid contact with eyes and mucous membranes.

• Avoid sun exposure for 12 hours after application to skin.

• Do not use in children without consulting a doctor.
